These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") set out the terms of use for the services (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided on this website by TEAM ONE DAY Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). Registered users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") must use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Article 1 Application and Revision of Terms

Article 2 User Registration

If we determine that the applicant for user registration has any of the following reasons, we may cancel the registration once it has been made.

Article 3 Use of the Service

Article 4 Management of User ID and Password

2. The Company shall not be liable for any damages resulting from negligence in the use of the user ID and password or from unauthorized use by a third party.


Article 5 Deletion of User ID

If a User wishes to terminate use of the Service and delete their User ID, they may do so by submitting a request to the Company.


Article 6 Prohibited matters

Users are prohibited from engaging in the following acts when using this service. If any of the following acts are detected, we may refuse the user's use of this service and this website.

・Acts that violate laws and regulations or public order and morals
・Actions related to criminal activity
- Any act that destroys or interferes with the functioning of our servers or networks
・Any action that may interfere with the operation of our services
-Acts of collecting or storing personal information about other users
・Impersonating other users
・Acts that directly or indirectly provide benefits to anti-social forces in relation to our services
・Any other actions that the Company deems inappropriate


Article 7 Suspension of the Service

If the Company determines that any of the following circumstances exist, the Company may suspend the provision of the Service in whole or in part without prior notice to the User.

・When it is necessary for the maintenance, inspection, or updating of the computer system related to this service.
- When it becomes difficult to provide the Service due to force majeure such as earthquake, fire, power outage, or other natural disaster.
- When a computer or communication line is stopped due to an accident
- Any other reason that makes it difficult for us to provide the Service.

We shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage suffered by the user or a third party as a result of such a situation.


Article 8 Suspension of the Service

Our company may suspend the provision of the Service without prior notice to the user in the following cases:

- If you violate any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions
- If the credit card company registered with the user notifies the user of a credit default.
・Other cases where the Company determines that use of the Service is inappropriate.


Article 9 Disclaimer

1. The Company will provide the Service on an as-is basis, and will not guarantee to the User that the content of the Service is complete, accurate, or useful, or that there is no infringement of rights.
2. Users shall use the Service at their own risk, and even if the Company provides information or advice to users, the Company shall not be held responsible for the content of such information or advice.
3. We shall not be liable for any transactions, communications, or disputes that arise between member users and other users or third parties through this service.
4. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User due to communication line failures, web page tampering, etc.


Article 10 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. In addition, if litigation becomes necessary regarding these Terms and the use of the Service, the court with jurisdiction over the location of our head office shall have exclusive jurisdiction.


Supplementary Provisions
These terms and conditions will come into effect on August 4, 2025.
