Return and Refund Policy
You can cancel an order if it has not yet been shipped from the shipping source.
If you wish to cancel, please contact us directly at the inquiry email address. Please note that we may not be able to accept your cancellation depending on the timing of the shipping company's arrangements.
Generally, we do not accept returns after purchasing products from our store.
We will only exchange products for replacements if there are special reasons, such as damaged products, orders that we are not aware of, or orders that were made due to our own negligence.

If you would like to exchange a product due to damage or defects, please be sure to contact us first to have it replaced.
In the case of exchanges due to customer reasons <br>Please note that if you cancel, exchange, or have your package returned after shipping due to your own reasons (including long-term absence, refusal to accept delivery, etc.), you will be charged for the round-trip shipping costs, including shipping and return.
In the case of defective or missing items <br>If the product is defective or missing after it arrives, such as damaged, please contact us by email within 2 days. Once we have confirmed this, please return the product to the sender by cash on delivery. After we have confirmed the defective item, we will replace it with a good item.
